Find us nestled on Main Street in the quaint village of Beachampton, merely 3 miles from Stony Stratford, and 9 miles from the Central Milton Keynes. For your convenience, our postcode MK19 6DX is available for GPS use. Please refer to 'Our Location' page for the map.
 

Check in

Guests are warmly welcomed for check-in between 3:30pm and 8:30pm. Should you wish for an earlier or later arrival, we are more than willing to accommodate - simply let us know in advance. Outside these hours if we are not available we may arrange a self check-in with detailed instructions provided.
 

Car Parking

We provide private on-site parking within the peaceful grounds of Home Farm. We kindly ask all guests to park considerately to ensure ample space for all. Please be advised that vehicles are parked at your own risk. We are unable to assume responsibility for any potential damage, loss or theft.

EV Charging

For our guests driving electric vehicles, we provide EV Charging facilities using our 7kW Charging Point. A Type 2 cable is necessary. Usage charges apply to cover our electricity costs. Please inquire for availability and to reserve.

 

Cycles

We have garage storage available for cycles. Kindly let us know if you'll be needing this service at the time of booking.
 

Accessibility

Our car park area features a gravel surface, and there is a small step into the building's main entrance. Please note that only select rooms are situated on the ground floor. We request you to inform us of any special requirements prior to booking so we can check availability and make necessary arrangements.
 

In Room facilities

Each room has an en-suite bathroom, complete with shower and complimentary amenities. One double room is available with a bath. Fresh white towels, crisp white cotton sheets, duvets, and hard and soft pillowcases are provided for your comfort. Each room is also equipped with a flat screen TV, a selection of complimentary hot beverages and snacks, a hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Each room also has a mini fridge with unlimited fresh milk and water provided during your stay.

Breakfast

A hearty cooked breakfast is served in our dining room between  This is served between 7:00am-9:30am Mon to Fri and 7:30am-10:00am. Sat and Sun. We also cater to dietary needs including Vegetarian, Vegan, Dairy, and Gluten Free options - please specify during booking.
 

Nearby Eateries

Right next door is the superb Mowgli's Indian Restaurant, where you can indulge in generous meals or unwind with a drink at their bar. Guests can take advantage of our special discount. Other dining options are a short drive away in Stony Stratford and Milton Keynes.

Emergencies

Fire evacuation notices are displayed prominently in all rooms and across the premises. Each room is equipped with a smoke sensor and fire alarm. In case of fire, an alarm will sound continuously. Emergency lighting is activated during a power cut. Fire extinguishers are located throughout the building. The assembly point is opposite Mowgli's Restaurant by the main road.

We offer to refrigerate any items for guests - please ask.

Mobile phone reception may be limited on some networks, but we provide high-speed free WiFi throughout.
